Meet The Teacher Event Coordinator

Fall Festival Event Coordinator
Bring one of East Ridge's most treasured traditions to life! As Fall Festival Lead, you’ll coordinate game stalls, food trucks, and the famous cake walk. It’s a rewarding role for those who love seeing our community celebrate.
Fun Run Event Coordinator
Champion our biggest fundraiser of the year! Lead the charge in securing local sponsors and designing a high-energy Fun Run for the kids. It’s an exciting, high-impact role that directly funds our school’s most vital programs.
Bingo Night Event Coordinator
Coordinate a night of family fun! You’ll manage bingo supplies, set up the room, and recruit volunteers for this fan-favorite event. Whether you find a charismatic host or take the mic yourself, it’s a blast!
Winter Wishes Lead
Spread holiday cheer by leading our most heartfelt tradition! You’ll help coordinate our gift drive, pairing East Ridge families in need with donors to ensure every child has a magical December. It’s a truly rewarding role.
Glow Dance Event Coordinator
Light up the night for our students! As the Glow Dance lead, you’ll coordinate neon activities, curate an energetic playlist, and create an unforgettable party atmosphere. It’s a high-energy role perfect for bringing the fun!
Field Day Event Coordinator
Help our students celebrate the end of the year with a day of outdoor fun! You’ll coordinate various activity stations and manage the always-popular popsicle stand.
Art Walk Event Coordinator
Celebrate our students’ creativity! As the Art Walk lead, you’ll work with our Art Docents to coordinate a beautiful display of student artwork from the year and manage our exciting raffle.
Membership Chair
As Membership Chair, you’ll lead our annual drive to grow the East Ridge PTA. You’ll manage our member database, coordinate sign-up tables at school events, and find creative ways to show families the value of joining the PTA.
Inclusivity Chair (including Cultural Night)
Lead the way in making every family feel at home. You’ll champion diverse perspectives and coordinate our vibrant Cultural Night, a special evening celebrating the rich heritage and traditions within our East Ridge community.
Staff Appreciation Committee Members
Show our teachers and staff some love! As part of this team, you’ll plan creative ways to thank our educators throughout the year, from monthly treats to the much-anticipated Staff Appreciation Week.
Yearbook Committee
Help tell the story of the school year! You’ll collect photos, assist with page layouts, and ensure precious school memories are captured. It’s a creative, rewarding role that results in a permanent keepsake.
Spelling Bee
Organize a favorite academic tradition! You’ll coordinate the registration, word lists, and event logistics, providing a fun and encouraging stage for our students to showcase their spelling skills.
