Bingo Night - November 2026
Coordinate a night of family fun! You’ll manage bingo supplies, set up the room, and recruit a couple of volunteers for this fan-favorite event. Whether you find a charismatic host or take the mic yourself, it’s a blast!
Spelling Bee - Jan 2027
Organize a favorite academic tradition! You’ll coordinate the registration, word lists, and event logistics, providing a fun and encouraging stage for our students to showcase their spelling skills.
Cultural Night - Jan 2027
Coordinate our vibrant Cultural Night, a special evening celebrating the rich heritage and traditions within our East Ridge community. It is a plug and play event requiring only a little time and planning before the night of the event.
Field Day Event Coordinator - June 2027
Help our students celebrate the end of the year with a day of outdoor fun! You’ll coordinate various activity stations and manage the always-popular popsicle stand.
Reflections Art Program Coordinator
As a Reflections Art Program volunteer, you will promote the program, organize student submissions across various categories and help showcase the creative achievements of our school community.
Inclusivity Chair
Lead the way in making every family feel at home. You’ll champion diverse perspectives and serve as a vital liaison between families, staff, and the board to champion a fully inclusive school community.
Earth Club Coordinator
Help bring back a student favorite! We need an Earth Club volunteer coordinator to run our beloved Wednesday Weeders program. The kids really miss this outdoor activity. Please join us!
Yearbook Support
As Yearbook support, you will assist in running the student vote for the annual theme and organize the cover art contest. This bulk of this role will be from September to November.
Staff Appreciation Support
Show our teachers and staff some love! As part of this team, you’ll help our Staff Appreciation Lead organize monthly treats for our East Ridge Staff.
