Free Admission!
Our talented students are taking to the stage for two spectacular performances of The Jungle Book in the East Ridge Elementary Gym.
Admission is free for everyone, so come out and support our young performers as they bring this classic story to life!

Auditions
No preparation is required. Students will learn lines, songs, and choreography together, then share a few lines or lyrics individually.
Attitude, focus, effort, and behavior are just as important as acting or singing ability. No matter the size of the role, please be SO proud of your student for putting themselves out there!
Up to four Assistant Directors will also be selected to support rehearsals and take on key backstage responsibilities.
Schedule
Not every cast member is called to every rehearsal. However, students must have a clear schedule for the entire week and, if cast, attend all required rehearsals and performances for their role. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be provided after auditions.
(Students age 7 and under are typically dismissed earlier, but most cast members should plan to be available until 8:00pm each day.)
Volunteer Requirement
Each family will sign up for at least one volunteer shift during the week. This production depends on everyone pitching in, many hands make light work!
Volunteer sign-ups will be sent to participating families after registration.
Participation Commitment
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that Missoula is a big commitment and takes a lot of concentration and effort from each student in order to pull off the amazing feat of putting on a proper musical production in only one week.
Directors will communicate with adult volunteers and parents if needed about student behavior, attitude, or lack of effort. Our aim is to problem solve how best to support each student while also progressing toward our goal of performing on Saturday. It is our goal to have a positive, productive, and fun week. The Missoula directors have the final say on if a student's behavior requires that they be dismissed from the cast.
