East Ridge students are invited to showcase a project in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, or Mathematics! Work on an observation-based or hypothesis-driven project solo, with another student, or with family members. Register by March 7. A tri-fold poster will be provided by the PTA.
Friday, March 14 (Pi Day!)
5:00-6:30 PM
Located in the East Ridge gym.
Parents and caregivers are welcome to host a table to ignite students' curiosity and enthusiasm in STEAM. This could showcase a STEAM career, exploration table, or deep dive into a STEAM topic that you're an expert in. Parent-hosted tables should be fun and interactive.
Parent tables are limited in order to provide plenty of space for student submissions. Registration (due by March 7) may close early if we reach capacity.
The STEAM Fair (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) is an educational event that encourages students to engage in projects and activities related to these five disciplines. The purpose is to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through interdisciplinary learning.
This STEAM Fair is a student showcase of curiosity and experimentation. Submissions will not be judged. Each participating student will receive a token of recognition for their hard work and creativity.
Families and friends of East Ridge are welcome to attend the STEAM Fair to check out the projects!
