East Ridge Food Drive - November 10th-26th 2025

Many local families rely on vital SNAP food benefits, and your support can make a difference. From November 10–26, the East Ridge PTA and Girl Scouts are collecting non-perishable food and essential household items for our community.

Donation bins will be located in all grade-level foyers and by the office. Volunteers will also collect donations at car pick-up and drop-off during the week of November 17–21.

Any non-perishable food items can be accepted. High need items include: 

Food Items

• Canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc)
• Healthy cereal/oats
• Grains (pasta, barley, quinoa, rice, etc.)
• Soups and broths
• Flour (masa, wheat)
• Oils (vegetable, canola, olive, etc.)
• Baking supplies (baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt)
• Canned or dried fruit

Non-Food Items

• Baby items (squeeze food pouches, diapers size 4–7, baby wipes)
• Hygiene items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine products)
• Paper items (toilet paper, paper towels)
• Adult briefs
• Household items (Clorox wipes, utensils, reusable bags)
  

Can’t donate food? Grocery store gift cards are a great option too!
